 Professional Home Care Services, Inc. (PHCS) is a home infusion and specialty pharmacy company providing quality services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and has been operating as a leader in the Connecticut home health care environment since 1990.

Initiated by a team of skilled health care professionals experienced in hospital and home care practices, PHCS has developed and provides a variety of comprehensive programs to assist in the care of the patient in the home environment.

Infusion services include: antibiotic therapy, anticoagulation, central venous catheter care, chelation therapy, chemotherapy, growth hormone therapy, intravenous antiemetics, intravenous steroids, pain management, parenteral and enteral nutrition, therapies for immunodeficiency, and more.

Specialty pharmacy services include: respiratory synctival virus management – synagis program, hepatitis C disease management, enzyme replacement therapy-cerazyme, Fabrazyme, and Elaprase, specialty injectable drugs and rheumatoid arthritis.
